Data and privacy

What happens when you use the registry

This page describes the site features we can verify. It also identifies hosting and operator details that still need a completed privacy review.

Searches and URLs

The search form uses URL query parameters for a firm name or keyword, city, and state. The terms you enter may appear in your browser history and in the URL you share. Avoid entering medical details, confidential facts, or other sensitive information in a search box. The site does not currently provide a case submission form or an account sign-in.

Firm information

Profile and location information is read from the Injury Firm Finder API and displayed for public research. This website does not hold the mother directory’s database credentials. The data source and a firm may update information independently of this website. Verify an individual lawyer through the relevant licensing authority before relying on a profile.

Links and calls

A firm website link opens the firm’s own site. A phone link starts a call through your device or phone provider. Those interactions are outside this directory and subject to the recipient’s practices. External official-resource links likewise lead to other operators’ websites.

Hosting and retention details

Like other websites, the hosting and network services used to deliver pages may process technical requests. The operator still needs to confirm the active host, analytics or logging settings, retention periods, service providers, privacy contact, and applicable rights-request process. We do not state a retention period or claim that no technical data is processed without that confirmation.

Changes and questions

Check this page again when site features change. If the operator adds intake, accounts, advertising, analytics, or other data collection, this notice should be updated before those features are used. For now, avoid placing private case details in a search URL and contact a firm through its own verified channel when you want to discuss a matter.

Our mission and philosophy

A clearer path to accurate injury-law information.

Our mission is to make public information about personal injury law firms easier to find, understand, and verify. We organize factual directory records, practical legal education, and links to official sources so people can begin their research with greater clarity.

Our philosophy is accuracy before promotion, clarity before complexity, and corrections whenever reliable evidence shows that a listing has changed. Directory inclusion is informational and is never presented as a legal recommendation.
